I loved everything! Great location, the hotel is beautiful, the streets nearby are beautiful, there is a shop, an ATM nearby, anyway. The accommodation is very clean, super comfortable and the service is excellent.They are to be congratulated! I will definitely be back more often.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were cleaned, little bit smaller, but nice and cozy. Bathroom quite small, but it worked.

Truly the most wonderful staff I've ever met in a hotel, and as a frequent business traveler that's saying something. The hotel got recently renovated, which means everything is looking great with brand new carpets, furniture and a fresh lick of paint. It's also located in a buzzing area and just a short walk away from the navy harbor or botanical gardens.

The hotel is very central, close to nice restaurants and shops, loved the area! We travelled from Europe with family and booked two rooms to celebrate NYE in Sydney. Unfortunately we arrived two days late due to flight cancelations but the hotel kindly agreed to move our 5 night bookings without any charge which was a relief. The front desk team was super friendly, smily and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast and the general feel of the hotel. Our rooms were great, nicely appointed and decorated. On NYE we found a complimentary bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise, thanks again. Also, special thanks to Sharon who was so accommodating and helpful. Sharon helped us on a few occasions and nothing was too much trouble, she's a great asset to the property. We'll be back!

Perfect choice for female travellers The hostel is quite convenient, good location and great if you are on a budget too. The design for me is a bit simple, I would add some details to get it more vibrant. In general, a clean and safe place to stay for a reasonable price!
