The hotel is very cosy and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Excellent service. The hotel offers self-service guest laundry at no cost. We had a quiet and restful stay. The housekeeping staff also cleaned up the room daily even though we did not put the tag to clean the room. Appreciate the proactive service. Though, location might be a little out of the way to cross over to the other side of the city. However, travelling around is still possible via Uber cars.
It's definitely a relaxing place to stay. Strongly recommend!

The receptionist was amazing.. she helped me map walk to Riverstage for a concert.. but also with a 5 AM wakeup call not being answered by me from the service, she took it upon herself to knock and make sure I made my flight... place was super tidy and comfortable as well.

Super spacious and comfortable apartment in incredible location. We had all the space we wanted, we had balcony with the great city and river view, we had all kitchen and laundry equipment, and the free ferry stop was just a few steps away. When arriving by car the parking lot is just 10$/day. No problem with late check in via interphone after reception hours. Great communication before and during the stay.

Location is perfect, the room very clean, and bed very comfortable. The Manager Chris was so kind and helpful, like all the other staff in this nice hotel. Parking was easy in the basement, lift takes you upstairs with your luggage, spacious airy room, good quality Earth toiletteries, fresh feel all around. It not a new hotel, but I’ve seen newer hotels that haven’t even come close to Il Mondo service and comfort.
Will be back for sure.

It was an amaizing place with kind staff and people,the staff was so attentive to my concerns and the place is really clean compare with other places. Even that I shared room I could have my privacy each bed has own curtains and the room that I choose got on toilet and shower so I shared it with just few people.
