Good location, just a few minute walk from the subway. Very friendly and helpful staff reacting immediately to your requests. The room was quiet as I requested. The ventilation was really quiet. The bathroom was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

For a large hostel, it's really great. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and offer good privacy. There's a 24-hour front desk, friendly staff, and even a service for sending postcards. It also has a laundry room and a bar. Overall, it's a very well-equipped large hostel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I absolutely loved everything. I prefer small rooms but my partner doesn't share my opinion (only point we disagreed). The bathroom was lovely, cozy, modern and extra cleaned! The room had a warm temperature and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the star of our stay. We loved it! So many options! Vegetarian and excellent quality of products. I recommend the rosemary potatoes and the scrambled eggs. The cacao powder with oat milk was divine and there was a cake with bread, raising and other ingredient that I don't recall which was delicious. The location was on point since it was not in the city center but very close by foot. It is close the Belvedere Palace and very safe. We took the train from the airport and we left in the station which was 2 min walking from the hotel. The view from the room is also special. I found it magical to fall asleep looking at the starts :)

Great location - close to Belveder and Central Station. City center can be easily reached by foot (20 min walk). Very spacious room, clean and cozy. And quiet - this was probably the most important thing for me. Teapot is in the room, as well as some tea and coffee - very convenient. Overall this hotel is great. If I come to Vienna again I will go this this hotel with 100% certainty

Location is incredible; just 10 to 15 min to the city centre, Musikverein, Staatsoper and Belvedere museum. Also, metro statiu and train station are very close. The hotel is comfortable, clean, excellent service, good breakfast, and nice and helpful staff. Value for money, it's one of the best hotels I've been recently.
