the location was very lovely and peaceful, great connections to bus, trams, trains, etc. The hotel also is right next to Schonbrunn palace which itself is a beauty. The staff was super helpful, respectful and hospitable, was quick to resolve any issues, including helping us to check out very late at night for our early flight. The room itself also was very comfortable and modern, especially enjoyed the comfy bed and big and bright bathroom. Would definitely visit again hence given a chance!

The property was spacious and ergonomically designed, making it ideal for a family with kids. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even though we didn’t cook, it was great to have everything available. The balcony view was absolutely stunning, overlooking a backyard filled with beautiful roses and green trees, which created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The apartment was soundproof, we didn’t hear or feel any vibrations from the nearby metro, which was a big plus. The neighbourhood was very quiet and tranquil, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The dressing room was roomy, and we appreciated the smart use of space with storage units everywhere. We also loved the smart keyless entry system, it felt very secure and convenient. The location was excellent: just steps from Braunschweiggasse U4 metro station and only a 15-minute walk to Schönbrunn Zoo and Gardens. With the metro so close, all of Vienna was easy to explore. Highly recommended! in a nutshell, the photos and description are a faithful depiction of this property!

Spacy room (family room), big balcony with nice view; staff really helpful and nice and went out of their way to accommodate us; good breakfast buffet with great coffee options.
Busstop outside the hotel with buses every 5min, takes 5-6 minutes to the subway (Hietzing) and then 12 minutes to city centre. We were very happy with the location, easy to travel to the city and Schönbrunns Castle and park are right across the street from the hotel.
