This apartment has 2 rooms, fully fledged kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, owen, utencils etc), spacious bathroom. WiFi works well. In front of the house are places where to park the bike. Smaller sort of grocery store (Unimarkt) is 2 min on foot from house, bigger ones 10 minutes away. Tram stop nearby.

The apartment was extremely clean and wide, more than I expected, equipped with all facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here.we were 2 adults with 2 kids and it was a very good choice to stay here. Highly recommend it. The host was highly responsive and also helped us with delayed checkout. The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

This house offers a unique experience in a wonderful landscape. We stayed in the rooms called sisi and amadeus, which were beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a terrace to wonderful views. You can feel you are in a home, not a hotel. Breakfast is generous, you always feel welcome and taken care of. The hostess is friendly, warm and very attentive. Ac in rooms perfect. There is a fridge with free water, and you can also use for your needs. We stayed here for 6 nights and had a lovely time! Highly recommend.
