Apartment with Terrace is a really fine choice. Rilke apartments are located in dazzling modern building tucked in the historical Linz city centre - a literal stone throw away from Taubenmarkt. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen and separate bedroom - which can be entered from two sets of doors on either sides of the room, a spatious - and quite luxurious - bathroom as well as a small montage balcony with a street view.
Since there are maybe three or four units on each floor you think for yourself that it might get noisy here sometimes - but actually the apartment's soundproofing is masterful to the point that you don't hear any noise from the neighbours even if You really make a concerted effort to hear something. The second you enter the apartment - you are in a world of your own - and this sense of isolation, tranquility and overall comfort of the place can't be overstated. If anyone suffers burnout syndrome or has a really light sleep - but still prefers city centre for its conveniences - Rilke apartments has got you covered. Also the apartment is very clean, well equipped and maintained. The hosts are really there for you and you get immediate help whenever you need it.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The host was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was great in a quiet area and just a short drive to Linz. The breakfast was a fresh & delicious assortment of meats, cheese, granola, yogurt, breads and an egg. The room size was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.
