We stayed at this hotel for 11 days and ended up extending for 5 more days. We booked the hotel on the basis of their reviews which are mostly positive and it has a kitchenette which is ideal for long stays like ours. All of the staff in this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were also coming and cleaning our room on a daily basis and if we request something, they give it politely and with a smile. When we extended our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting one of the hotel supervisors, Farouk. He went the extra mile to make sure that we are more than satisfied with the hotel's services. He was accommodating and very easy to transact with. He made sure that my mom and our family are comfortable with our stay too. All this, he did with a sincere smile on his face.
Thank you so much Farouk and team for your services and kindness. Because of you guys, J5 has become our go to hotel whenever we visit Dubai.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
