Overall the staff was very friendly. Duty Manager Youssef was very professional and approachable as well. He has offer his help to make some special arrangement when I need cash for making payment to the Taxi. Hotel is thoughtful to provide water and cookies at the lobby. 😀

Hi everyone, I would say that I like the way how staff manages early check in and introducing all the information about facilities. The location is great, easy access to metro and 15-20 mins walk to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. There are some transfers from hotel to the beach. Breakfast was good and dinner was great!

The hotel offers a unique and relaxed vibe amongst the metropolis of the city.
