Staff very kind and friendly, they helped us booking activities and taxi, suggesting restaurant shops and beach. The room was very big, comfortable and clean! The breakfast amazing and best pancakes ever! The position on the riverside is a plus for the silence and calm.

She made sure that our stay in Hoi An remains top-notch and the best she can possibly make. Undoubtedly, one of the properties I would sure go back to over and over again! The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores, tailors, souvenir shops, gyms, yoga centers, mini-marts or even traditional market (Ba Le Market)... Very comfortable and clean room. The Villa is in a great location, so long as you are happy using bicycles to get around. Staff are friendly (we found the host a bit pushy on the upselling but we are fairly introverted and stayed there for quite a while. Probably wouldn’t have noticed if we were only there for a few nights). Breakfast was good value - we ate there sometimes but mostly ventured out on the bikes for something different. They did our laundry for us too, and that was very quick and good value for money.
