Shopping on famed Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park are a short walk away. Location is ideal. My room was pretty spacious and with a nice view. The bed was really confortable. Staff was really nice. Loved the complementary cookies offered. The food and drinks at the restaurant are really good. Prices are really affordable, will definitely go back !

Room had a lot of space and was clean. Comfort was great. Location was fantastic and staff helpful. Would really recommend staying here if in town! Rooftop bar with amazing views a big plus as well.

Just 2 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this alternative boutique is located in Chicago’s River North neighborhood and offers upscale amenities, on-site dining and free WiFi with complimentary to-go hotspot services. We had a nice overnight stay. Hotel is well situated. Staff was friendly and called us a taxi. We had a large site with a nice view of the city. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was unbeatable.

Rooms also include large bathrooms with designer bathrobes and designer bath amenities. Everything was great in this proper hotel! It was clean and kept daily, beds were comfortable, excellent noise insulation, good A/C, well maintained room and facilities. Very centric!

She is a perfect example of what exemplary customer service should look like.
