Only 300 metres from Ljubljana's main square and the France Prešeren Statue, the Kollmann Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free laundry service. Conveniently set by the river, all units are fitted with satellite TV, fridge and electric kettle. This was the best apartment I’ve stayed in so far! The location is excellent, next to the river, also our view looked for the river. The room was really clean with modern furniture and the host was very lovely. We loved our stay here!

All rooms are modernly decorated and each room has a different design. Room amenities include a flat-screen cable TV, a minibar and a laptop safe. Each bathroom comprises a hairdryer and either a bathtub or a shower. Breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the kitchen chef 👨‍🍳 helped us with pleasure by making something extra with other meat because we couldn’t eat the pig meat as a family. Thank you for that kind service.

Free parking is provided on site. Very lovely hotel with huge rooms, lovely personal, great breakfast, located in very quiet part with beautiful posibilities for walks. We had great time at this stay and will come back for sure!

First of all, Ljubljana is just one incredible city. Top five in all my trips to Europe. The place is perfect, has a tiny but super cool bar at the front. A beautiful restaurant on the second and the rooms and shower... Simply fantastic. Breakfast is TOP, seriously, the best I've tried so far after the pandemic. Staff was sensational and the location unbeatable... Really, I'm dying to plan a new visit.

Free on-site parking is available. Absolutely everything was great, Mrs. Margit was exteremely helpful and kind. The location is perfect for strolling around the city centre as downtown Ljubljana is 15-20 away on foot. Rooms were neat and clean, the neighbourhood is quiet and it's pretty easy to find your way around. I highly recommend it for families with small children!

Adventure Mini Golf Panorama is 49 km away and Cobblers' Bridge Ljubljana is 600 metres from the apartment. The unit was so spacious and clean! Absolutely loved our stay at House Trta. The location is just perfect for exploring Ljubljana. A short walk (barely a few minutes) to the City Centre. Close to all the restaurants. Ticks all the boxes for all the right reasons! Aleš and his team are so warm and hospitable! They helped us with our cab bookings. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to give us energy for the entire day. Can’t wait to be back at House Trta!
