El Atlantida Mar es un hotel moderno con habitaciones de diseño con vistas panorámicas. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony with an amazing view of the pool and sea. We lay in bed at night with the door open and listened to the waves and watched the sunrise. The hotel was just outside the town but there is a lovely promenade outside which leads into the town. Pool towels are provided and there is a small gym (which we didn’t use as preferred to run along promenade). Buffet breakfast was very nice. Car parking available on site. There was a lovely restaurant next door to hotel on sea front which was lovely in the evening.

El Sete Cidades Lake Lodge está ubicado junto a la laguna de Sete Cidades, en la isla de São Miguel, perteneciente a las Azores. It’s an amazing place to get grounded and chill and rest. Absolutely astonishing location in the forest, with two chickens and a lovely cat❤️ There was a pretty comfortable kitchen where we cooked breakfast. A complimentary welcome bucket was with the most tasty dairy which I had tried in my life. In general, the place is new, clean and very aesthetic

La CASA DA ILHA - Slow Living Residence & Suites, situada en la ciudad de Ponta Delgada, en la costa sur de la isla de São Miguel, ofrece una ubicación privilegiada junto al mar. Excelentísimo lugar. Muy lindo y acogedor. El cuarto estaba bien cómodo. La localización es buenísima. El staff fue un amor. El desayuno rico.

El Octant Furnas de 4 estrellas está ubicado en la isla de São Miguel, en el Vale das Furnas, sitio de la mayor concentración de aguas termales de Europa. Everything was great. The pool/host spring and sauna were way better than expected. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the view from room. I will definitely go back!

Este hotel, situado en el corazón de Ponta Delgada, tiene una terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas al océano Atlántico, las montañas y la ciudad. El puerto deportivo se encuentra a 500 metros. Habitaciones grandes, con cama grande y cómoda y muy buen desayuno. Con parking. Además las recepcionistas nos dieron un plan de 3 días para ver la isla muy bueno y útil.

El Azores Urban Lodge ocupa un edificio centenario reformado con una terraza mágica con mesas de comedor y una piscina al aire libre. Ofrece conexión WiFi gratuita. This place was perfect to stay the first few nights in Sao Miguel. It had everything you need- comfy bed, separate bathroom and a equipped kitchen. I stayed in a single room the first night and then my friends and I shared a room with three single beds and attached bathroom. Parking can be tricky- the streets are narrow but we did not have any problems finding spots near the lodge. Also, you will hear planes overhead- this is close to the airport so it makes it convenient in that way but if you don't want that noise, you will want to stay farther away from the airport.
