The location was perfect and easy to walk to restaurants and a brewery. Everything was clean and well organized and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer, they let us check in early!

Towel, shampoo and soap. Other guests there were friendly and nice to spend time with in the communal area which had games and books to use. Very clean and comfortable space to relax in. El The Reef Resort Motel ofrece un alojamiento independiente junto al lago Taupo. The rooms were huge with a small kitchenette, access to laundry in the hotel and the pool / hot tub area was fabulous. Easy access to the lake beside the hotel and a fabulous walk along the lake also.

Wonderful gem of a place. The location is spectacular and Kim and Gail very warm and welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bed spa apartment with our son between Christmas and New Year. Everything was spotless, beds very comfortable. We made good use of the sparkling clean spa and did an evening BBQ every day just soaking up the wonderful views of the bay from our deck. Nice walk down to Long Bay Beach from the apartment and we loved the zip line experience at Driving Creek. Could not recommend this place more highly!! Thanks Gail and Kim

As a solo traveler I felt very safe in this cottage located within a farm. The range of nearby activities (Hobbiton, Maungatautari forest walks) was excellent. I will definitely visit again!

Situado a 38 km de Orakei Korako Cave and Thermal Park, Whakaipo Lodge ofrece un jardín, un salón compartido y hospedaje climatizado con un patio y WiFi gratis. The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.
