All the basic necessities provided ie. Towel, shampoo and soap. Other guests there were friendly and nice to spend time with in the communal area which had games and books to use. The views from the property are astoundingly beautiful, you almost just want to stay here all the time and look out. The rooms were super clean and comfortable- the whole property is really well-maintained and tended. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and generous, we were blown away by their hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

Fitted with a patio, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A fridge and kettle are also available. The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.
