Really convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I had a medical emergency and the staff were quick to react and went far and beyond what I expected, very grateful especially to Eric who escorted us to the clinic.

The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.

El Rumah Putih ofrece habitaciones para no fumadores con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Really nice homestay with super friendly owners. They offer everything that traveler need. Breakfast is tasty. Owner prepaired it even really early in the morning due to our flight. Location is great (15 min from the airport and 40 min from the KL center). Pool is very refreshing 😊 When we come back to Malaysia will definitely stay at this place again.

The hotel is in a simply perfect location to access public transport from KL Sentral station (trains, metro and KLIA Express). We spent two nights in a family room on the fifth floor where there is a gym, a play area for children and a beautiful terrace where you can relax after a long day of visiting the city. A note of merit goes to all the hotel staff, from the reception, to the cleaning department (thanks Mr Kayes) they are all extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help you. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to KL again.
