Situado em Kuching, o The Village House fica a apenas 3 minutos a pé da Praia Santubong e a 7 minutos de carro da Montanha Santubong e da Vila Cultural de Sarawak. This place is very beautiful and peaceful. We stayed only one night but left hoping that we would have a chance to come stay again. The room was simple and elegant. Comfortable beds and great air-conditioning (even though it might be cool out, you have to sleep with the aircon and close the windows because the mosquitos will attack!). Meals were delicious but nice and homey. There are also communal areas with day beds, couches and hammocks by the pool (which we didn't use but it looked so tranquil and inviting). Had a nice relaxing time there after dinner and breakfast. It's also a drive away from the tourist centre with the bars, beach, and some stray cats who are most definitely well-cared for and absolutely adorable. Mount Santubong isn't far away as well for those who want a good outdoor hike. Overall a great place to relax and clear your mind. 😊

Very good hotel with polite services.. my mother left her phone when we were checked out.. about 20mins travel on our way back to brunei.. they txted us and told us that a mobile phone left in one room that were in.. We retun back to the hotel and thanks them for such a responsibility service.. we will book this hotel in future.. thanks promenade

The Magellan Sutera Resort is large property popular with families, groups, and couples. Staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.
