I really enjoyed my stay at Che Suites! The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡

Este establecimiento aislado se encuentra a las afueras de la localidad de Tulum, a poca distancia en taxi de la playa. El establecimiento está rodeado de jardines tropicales. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs.

Atractivamente ubicado en el centro de Tulum, XscapeTulum cuenta con habitaciones climatizadas, una alberca al aire libre, WiFi gratis y un jardín. The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Este pequeño hotel está situado en la famosa Quinta Avenida de Playa del Carmen, una zona conocida como "pequeña Italia". Everything was exceptional. Every member of the staff helpful, the location of the apartment is in the heart of the 5th Avenue. For breakfast you get a voucher for a basic breakfast option - butter, marmelade, portion of fruit and bread (restaurant nearby, d' Italiano), and a discount voucher 20% if you want something other on the menu. Overall, our experience could not be better!
