Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The service was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, with no complaints whatsoever. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating to our requests, such as allowing us to order room service even after it had officially closed. Additionally, late check-in would have been possible if there had been availability, which showed their flexibility and great customer service. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding and, in our opinion, the best of our entire trip. A special mention goes to the servers at breakfast, who were exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. The internet connection worked exceptionally well, which deserves a special mention, as it made it easy to stay connected throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right in the city centre. While it’s situated on a hill, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, it was no problem for us. In fact, we appreciated the elevated position as it provided beautiful views from both our room and the hotel’s rooftop terrace. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We traveled as a mother and an adult son, and we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. We are already planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

El Planters Bunglow es un establecimiento ecológico de estilo boutique, está ubicado en Ella y dispone de piscina al aire libre. También hay WiFi gratuita en las zonas comunes. Amazing property set in the hills. We had a view of the sunrise from our bed every morning, it was spectacular. The staff were so welcoming and were able to answer every question, super polite and wanted to make our stay as good as possible. The breakfast was delicious too. It was so relaxing to hang out by the pool.

El The Pinnacle Ella tiene vistas al paisaje natural y ofrece alojamiento moderno y tranquilo con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en las zonas comunes. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, pero, sin duda, la mejor parte era la terraza con las maravillosas vistas que tenía a los dos picos Adam. La piscina también tenía muy buenas vistas y al no tener demasiadas tumbonas, era cómoda porque no se masificaba.
