The view was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has the steep walk way but there is shuttle service for guest to go down the hill. Shuttle is available always. I really like the hotel and looking forward to go again.

Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella Rock. Each room is equipped with a private balcony with lounge chairs. Shower facilities are in the en suite bathroom. The room was spacious and very clean. it has the most wonderful view. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. the owner comes out to greet you and engages in friendly chats. the staff all wear the loveliest smiles and Wasanti the cook made us the best complementary banana and coconut pancakes. They even made us complementary sandwiches for lunch the day we checked out. service was definitely impeccable. would definitely be coming back whenever I visit Ella and hope to stay longer next time. the location was also a few minutes walk from little shops and cafes.
