The hotel has a nice, modern and chill atmosphere! I would give them 11 point if I could. Try the plum wine! Also the guide (about the restaurants) in the room was quite helpful.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

The staff was super kind and helpful! A small but very intimate onsen helps you relax. Bed was comfortable. And the traditional japanese breakfast was amazing! I would come back again! Location was amazing- walking distance from the station and from the old town. The place was beautiful, and the rooms had everything. Futons were very comfy. The onsen was the best I tried so far (but I haven’t tried a lot). We did the private bath, and it was really nice. They also lend you yukatas to wear around the ryokan. And the staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful!

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. All the staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The dinner and breakfast were beyond expectations. The heated bathroom flooring was a very nice touch.

The public bath was great. We enjoyed it very much.
