The location was the best in Florence, in my opinion. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The shower gets very hot just the perfect temperature for me. It felt very safe there; the building stays locked and you use your key to give you access inside the building. The lock was a bit tricky to figure out to my apartment but the reception was extremely helpful in every sense! They give you every detail that is needed. Also the light system in the apartment is really good!! I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Florence!
