The pool was so lovely to relax in after a day of exploring. The breakfast was incredible! Everything was so fresh and plentiful. The wonderful staff were very helpful with anything we needed, from dinner suggestions to checking that we had parked somewhere that we would not get a fine. The rooms have a white-themed décor, a satellite flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom. Everything was just fantastic. The staff was very polite and helpful (in perfect English). The location is in the core of the pedestrian area. The parking was close, spacious and secure. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was spacious, clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom a pleasent surprise. All in all, we booked another night on our way back :)

Best hotel by far on our road trip around Italy. Staff was super friendly, spoke very good english. Breakfest was the best we had: mozzarella, ricotta and fresh fruits. Also you get to pet the super cute dog during your stay. Parking was easy, right infront of the hotel.

Breakfast served by a wonderful lady, made a very nice cappucino. Rooms were cleaned everyday with love, as the whole palazzo had a good vibe. The oudside aerea very beautiful with a nice pool.
