Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Set 50 metres from the rocky beach, and located in a pedestrian area, Malù has modern rooms with air conditioning and a balcony offering views over the sea and the Polignano coast. A wonderful place to stay. Homemade pies for breakfast on a stunning terrace and very kind hosts. We had a great stay and will come again.

With vaulted ceilings, each Trullo offers antique furnishings and a private bathroom, while the rooms have vaulted ceilings and original stone features. Some units include a living area with kitchenette. Centrally located. Just a one stone throw away from the trulli district. But the trulli we stayed in is very well modern equipped. From warm fireplace to a nice spacious kitchen and dining area. Direction from our host is most helpful. Breakfast at Cosi Com’era is most splendid. Very generous servings and mostly homemade and very delicious.

The rooftop terrace has great potential to become truly perfect—it would benefit from more greenery and stylish furniture. Still, thanks to its stunning seaside location, it's a beautiful spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

Amazing place in the middle of olive trees, rooms were superb, very friendly staff, they recommended us places to go, restaurants to eat and they booked for us an olive oil tour and tasting at a nearby masseria, a superb experience. Overall a fantastic experience, we were highly impressed by the good quality of services and attention to details.
