I really liked that we had Alexa in our room and that we could get her to play Italian radio for us. It really brought extra atmosphere to our trip. I especially enjoyed the modest size of the hotel. The service personnel were the same from day to day and I really enjoy the personal connection which comes with that. Especially when the service is this good.
