Hotel staff are happy to provide tourist and travel information. Exceptional. Besides of minibar, available 24h (most of reviews cover that), the hotel has unbeatable sense of servicing its guests, e.g., I was offered some snacks, even considering late arrival at midnight. Very polite communication. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are brand new, at least that was the case for mine. Location is also great, as you have metro station right around the corner, linking you with Duomo, Brera and other neighbourhoods to explore. Breakfasts are awesome: several types of eggs offered, freshly squeezed juices and so on. Thanks for you kind attention, guys, I really appreciated it!
