The location was about half way between the town of Taormina (up) and the beach (down). Our hosts were very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions and booked a tour of Mt. Etna for us.

There are a couple of markets in the Carruba and train station 30 minutes by foot from the Palazzo. We recommend visiting Torre Archirafi, which is 20 minutes from Palazzo. We wish to come back to Palazzo Rosso in the future! With friends, of course! 😊

She cooked us breakfast each morning. The non-human hosts were so cute (2 dogs and 2 cats) and added a lot of character to the place. The views were also fantastic from the B&B. We liked that we could walk to the nearby town to grab a bite or sit at the beach as well.

We enjoyed our stay 100% - kids loved the pool and swings, all of us were happy about the view, the terrace and tasty breakfast. The owners were an absolute delight and we will deffinetly return next time we come to Sicily!
