The restaurant manager Gurunathan and the staff Trisha, Bikash, too, were incredible—attentive, polite, and always ready to go the extra mile to provide an unforgettable dining experience. Their hospitality and service were impeccable, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Accord Metropolitan to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay.
