We really loved having access to common spaces (where we played some boardgames) and the owners kindly let some of our party stay late while the rest of us went horseback riding. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy for breakfast, and my family members said the full Irish was amazing.

Clare, just a few kilometres from the world-famous Cliffs of Moher on one side and the surfing & golfing seaside town of Lahinch on the other. We chose this place mainly for its proximity to the cliffs. It turned out to be the most relaxing night and the sweetest morning snack, which was on the house. A big shout out for the helpful and welcoming Christina and Caramel.

Just a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Parkhouse B&B is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Shannon Airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive from this bed and breakfast. It was conveniently located to Bunratty Castle where we attended the Medieval Dinner. The rooms were bright and clean. Breakfast and lounge area was large with windows. Full Irish breakfast was huge, hot and at requested time. It included freshly baked brown bread. Coffee and tea were plentiful. Shane and Sinead were lovely and able to give local information and suggestions around the area.
