Location was superb right on the waterfront of Ermoupolis many rooms enjoy unlimited sea views of bay and the hills above making it a postcard perfect location. This is a very historic aristocratic mansion kept in excellent condition a perfect blend of traditional style with modern facilities and comforts. Professional staff very knowledgeable with spot on recommendations for sightseeing restaurants and more, truly every advise was with no doubt excellent! Breakfast was very generous, very tasty large portions and great variety of choices. Excellent location service and atmosphere will be back for sure! The top shared balcony is postcard perfect ! From the moment we arrived on the island and couldn’t get a taxi,dad came to get us and we had a stress free comfortable drive ,when we arrived we were greeted with a smile ,our room was absolutely perfect,everything felt new gorgeous aroma too .Breakfast was perfect a wide choice to cover everyone .When they say the beach is across the road it literally is ,sun loungers or chairs provided free of charge,can get coffee or tea in take out cups .its a perfect place to turn off and chill ,I will definitely be back and I wish you all every success 💝

Everything was perfect. The building was in a very good condition inside and outside. The service and the staff were very helpful.

Boasting a privileged location, just metres away from Ermoupolis centre, Hotel Ploes is housed in a listed, early 19th-century Neoclassical mansion. It offers luxurious accommodation, a stylish café-bar and a private swimming area. It was my preferred hotel in 2 months of travel trough out Europe. The place is beautiful, and tastefully decorated, the breakfast was really good and the bathing platform takes the entire staying to another level. The location is the best in Ermopoli. I ll be back.

The property features sea and inner courtyard views, and is less than 1 km from Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. The guest house has family rooms. The view of the port from the balcony was amazing! Everything was great, check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Housed in a historic building dating back to the 19th century, Syrou Melathron is located in Vaporia, near the Asteria Bay. A rooftop terrace, elegant accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel are offered. The location was perfect for exploring Syros, and there's a swimming platform nearby with amazing views of the coastline, the hotel has beach towels if you ask! There's a bus stop in front of this property. Breakfast features a large assortment of fresh fruits, spinach and cheese pie, breads, eggs, fresh orange juice, and many other delicious items. And we loved dining on the outdoor terrace that has sublime seaviews. Our favourite staff member was the lovely young woman who served the breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very small but the glorious sea view we had on the 2nd floor compensated. We stayed for a week (we did miss having extraroom and a kitchen for a week long stay). There's also an elevator to the 2nd floor. Beds were firm but comfortable and we had no problem sleeping. It was quiet at night. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was daily. Wonderful shower. There was a wardrobe to hang clothes and a safe.. We noticed that the bathroom walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But help was always available: when our bolt didn't work on our door, it was fixed immediately. There's also a coffee shop where you can purchase beverages. We really loved this hotel: the beautiful architecture, the location was easy walking distance to town, and a 20 minute walk from the port. It's a historical building that has gorgeous architectural features. It's beautiful and charming (and quirky too) boutique hotel. It's very special. Oh, and the WiFi was great. We'd return in a heartbeat!
