The property was very beautiful and clean with AC that worked great! The staff here were amazing. The man working speaks English very well, but the woman does not so we used google translate quite a bit. But they were both so kind! They called taxis for us (because most people on the island do not understand much English - especially the taxis) and the breakfast was so so good! This place is a true hidden gem here.

Each includes air conditioning, a TV, a mini bar and free WiFi. As a single girl traveling alone, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Vagia Traditional Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and welcomed. Notis, the host, was incredibly kind and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing—perfect for some much-needed "me time." The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients, and I loved enjoying it in the beautiful garden. The staff treated me like family, and I even made friends with some of the other guests. The location is ideal, close enough to explore the island but far enough to feel like a true escape. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend this gem for solo travelers!

Got a great free upgrade of my room (first floor with balcony and part sea view). - large fridge and electric kettle in the room, kitchenware available on request, convenient for self caterers.
