There is a supermarket and a selection of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk from the property. This is an excellent place to stay in a quiet part of St Aubin but very close to all the restaurants and the harbour. Portholes is a short way up a hill and has an accessible carpark opposite and available at no charge.A supermarket is at the foot of the hill as is the bus stop so everything is very nearby. The suite itself is quite roomy and beautifully presented. The filtered views of the harbour are great and an impressive feature is the ability to use a well equipped kitchen. There is a laundry available to guests and this was an asset for us. We debated about getting a hire car and were glad that we did as we had plenty of freedom to travel around this quite remarkable island. That said, the buses seemed to work well. We were very pleased with the location, which was still quite close to St Helier. We would happily return.

On the harbour at St Aubin, the Old Court House Inn provides luxurious rooms and a restaurant and bar on Jersey’s southern coast. This inn enjoys stunning sea views and is close the village’s shops, cafés and pubs. Warm welcoming from the reception and helpful staff. Great location.

Rooms also feature pay-per-view movies, tea/coffee facilities, and 24-hour room service. At last a hotel with decent lighting in the room. A designated space to sit in front of a mirror with great lighting and a plug socket to get ready at. The little things are important. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The award-winning Retreat Restaurant serves the best Jersey produce and offers al fresco dining in the hotel courtyard. Guests can also relax in the Retreat Bar, offering lattes, cocktails and snacks. A great place! Our cottage was very spacious and clean, really worth the money. It was well equipped, incl had a washing machine. The staff was great, really professional, also the outside areas are well taken care of by the maintenance staff/gardeners. Because of the storm and cancelled ferries we ended up staying 8 nights instead of 5, but thanks to good wifi could telework. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, the bus from there will take you to St Aubin+ St Helier. We definitely want to return!

The modern rooms at the Radisson Blu Waterfront, Jersey are elegantly designed and have town or sea views. Spacious in size, they feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, fridge and a 24-hour room service menu. Large modern hotel with excellent facilities in a great location for seeing all the sights and taking the bus. The bus stop is located a short walk - about 2 blocks from the hotel. The boat to St Elizabeth castle is located near the bus stop. The hotel room was large, comfy bed, and our room had a great view over the harbor and St Elizabeth castle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to the waitresses in the hotel bar.

Overlooking Gorey Harbour, Seascale Hotel & Restaurant offers well-appointed rooms beneath Jersey’s Mont Orgueil Castle. Within a 5-minute drive of the Royal Jersey Golf Course, this hotel has a restaurant serving local seafood, and provides free WiFi access. Great location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff welcoming. Such good value for the location and nice to have a view over the water and hear the sound of the waves at night. Live music on Friday and Saturday night from the adjacent property was all good fun and not intrusive to my stay. Just a good crowd of people enjoying themselves. I only found out late in there is a good Thai cafe at the end of Gorey pier which I recommend

Nice location, all the staff is very sweet, the room is big enough and comfortable bed. The welcoming milled wine was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay

In the village of Gorey on the east coast of Jersey, Maison Gorey Hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurant and bars. Free WiFi is available in most areas and the property has free parking. Excellent hospitality, staff helped in every way and made my holiday a very jolly and welcoming stay. Could not fault these facilities. Great to have fridge in room. Breakfast was varied and served with a smile every day. This area is so quiet amd peaceful. Wonderful
