to many University Departments and buildings, shops, The Old Course. and many historic places of interest. Location was ideal, breakfast and service top notch and facilities fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

Set in 120 acres of scenic Fife countryside, Kilconquhar Castle Estate features a heated indoor swimming pool and horse riding facilities. Free private parking is also available, as well as a fully equipped gym and tennis court. I stay at Kilconquhar Castle Estate whenever I visit Fife for work and golf. It is in a perfect location close to many of the top golf courses in the world. The staff are always personable, accommodating, and helpful. The villas, although a bit dated, are perfect for golf holidays with a group of friends. We loved having the three-hole warm-up area available before hitting the links, as most Scots do not warm up before playing. The bar is a great place to unwind after a day on the links. I highly recommend the estate.

There are stunning views of Forth Rail Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good size room, very clean, loved the toiletries. Very quiet and comfy room. Restaurant and bar great. Great breakfast.

This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. This was a lovely stay I arrived and parking was easy, I checked in and the staff were delightful I was assisted which my luggage and informed about the dining. The restaurant and staff were wonderful and my evening meal was just perfect, my room was spacious comfortable and clean.
