They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

All rooms have a wonderful view of the city or the greenery. The location was excellent, staff were very nice accommodations were comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves.

The location is excellent, the room was clean. ,spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was clean spacious too ! The breakfast was really good, excellent! The staff are helpful and friendly!

Hotel Saint Petersburg is located on the Tepla River Bank, in Karlovy Vary’s spa area and opposite the Grandhotel Pupp. Built in the early 1800s, the hotel offers an on-site restaurant.

Free internet access and a LCD satellite TV with DVD player are standard in every room. All spacious rooms have a minibar, telephone and electronic safe. Everything was very good. All the time I had the feeling that the hotel was focused on making me, as a guest, feel comfortable. The communication in advance was very good: they responded quickly and were very helpful throughout. The room was huge, the wifi was fast and easy to connect. The bathroom was beautiful and very pleasant. Everything worked nice and well. The bed in the room was comfortable, the armchair was comfortable and the view from the room was great. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Parking could be booked in advance and the parking was in front of the hotel. Everything was so European. I really hope we can come back here soon.

The hotel Romania in Karlovy Vary can be found in the centre of the spa and commercial district, right at the Teplá River and 550 metres from the Mill Colonnade. It offers large, en-suite rooms with free WiFi, and a restaurant serving Czech and international cuisine. A stair lift for disabled guest is available as well. Conveniently located close to train and bus stations as well to the main spa avenue. Staff is helpful and forthcoming but not servile. Not a Russian ownership.

A former summer residence of the countess of Schaumburg Lippe, the small but stylish Villa Basileia Riverside is peacefully situated on the bank of the Teplá river, close to the spa area.

This property houses the Le Marché experience restaurant, run by chef Honza Krajč. There is a daily menu offered, using fresh seasonal ingredients. Selected French and Moravian wines and champagnes offered to complement the dining treats. Clean, comfortable and very cozy. I slept on that bed like a baby. Breakfast was abundant and staff was extra friendly. A bit far from the center, but in such a place that is an advantage - walking through beautiful Karlovy Vary. Has its own parking, which is a big plus. Some major hotels we rejected because they didn'f have parking.

Breakfasts offered in the hotel were very tasty and diverse.

Spa 🧖🏻‍♂️ great pool and Saunas. Nice interior design. Good locationation in city centre. Everything close in walk distancence.

Every room in the Humboldt Park Hotel has its individual style and features solid fabrics, fine woods and carpets. Several rooms have a balcony with a view over the Tepla river and the picturesque Old Town. The staff was so accommodating and sweet ! She saw that I was lugging two huge bags so she very kindly allowed me to check in early. It was located in a wonderful location; the room had everything I needed and super comfortable for one person; would definitely return again ! Breakfast was also a decent spread and I enjoyed the option to eat at the terrasse.
