Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. The reception staff was amazing, the manager and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating! The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, terrace were very beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend for everyone who wants a legit experience of hospitality and rest.

Good location, on a hill close to the center with nice view from the windows. The room is spacious and very nice. Good breakfast, comfortable parking

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

The hotel was completely reconstructed in 2013.... Great location and amazing apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. be mindful there is no parking at or around the property, you can find a spot to unload the luggage but you need to move the car further to a paid parking garage. The apartment we had had no balcony.

O Humboldt Park Hotel & Spa é uma propriedade em estilo histórico que desfruta de uma localização tranquila no centro de Karlovy Vary, perto das águas termais. The staff was so accommodating and sweet ! She saw that I was lugging two huge bags so she very kindly allowed me to check in early. It was located in a wonderful location; the room had everything I needed and super comfortable for one person; would definitely return again ! Breakfast was also a decent spread and I enjoyed the option to eat at the terrasse.
