The staff here is super friendly and very attentive. My fiancé got sick during our trip and they were kind enough to prepare tailor made food for her. They even messaged us when we were at the hospital to check how she was. Great place with great facilities as well. The rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. The common areas (pool) are also very good.

I loved the decor and location close to everything. Close to cathedral and nightlife....however I slept like a baby ... No excessive noise at all.

The hotel is really nice, it is located in the city centre of Santa Marta walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and bars. We stayed in the suite with a private terrace and a swimming pool with a great view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Very good ratio quality/price.

This hotel was the biggest surprise during our Colombian holiday, we just booked for a night sleep and choose because it was very cheap. The hotel is clean, the beds were very comfortable and staff were super super nice. My little baby daughter had her 2nd birthday and she got cake and birthday hat and everything.
