Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. Everything is perfect. The room was very beautiful, they also have a good facilitys on the SPA inside and a cozy swimming pool outside. We enjoyed so much!

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! The hotel was a short walk away from the town and the train station. Very easy to access the gondolas as well. We got a room with a Matterhorn view and WOW! The bed was clean and comfy and we had plenty of storage for boots, coats, luggage etc. The breakfast was excellent and there was self-serve coffee/tea in the lobby for guests to use any time. One of our favorite things about this hotel was the amazing spa that was available for guests to use! They had a sauna, steam room, hot tub with a view, and lots of comfortable and relaxing places to lounge - all included in the price of your stay! They also offered several spa services at an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Zermatt!

A cosy lounge with an open fireplace and a bar invites you to enjoy your favourite drink. A drying room for ski boots is at your disposal. Location of Sarazena is excellent, close to the train station and the Gornergrat railway, and close to the bus that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The heated ski store room is a major bonus to ensure shi boots are toasty warm and dry the next day. My room was quite large and would be very comfortable for two people.

The modern Zen spa has a sauna and a steam bath. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the relaxation room over the surrounding mountains. Everything. Hosts were superb and accommodated all our requests. Kids friendly place with great Matterhorn view. They do have vouchers for cheaper taxi services to go around Zermatt.
