Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the spa is perfect for ending a day on the slopes.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Love the bed and pillows. Had 2 nights of good rest. Love the Mountain view from my balcony! Could see paragliders in close promixity! Breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. As I was there for work I couldn't spend too much time on the premises , but they were having a lovely garden which I definitely would check out the next time

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

Location of the hotel is great, only 15-20 mins walk from Interlaken Ost and West train stations. Room was comfortable and clean. All the staff was really helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast included various choices, excellent quality of hot and cold dishes, delicious cheese selection. Having great breakfast on the terrace in this 'old' building watching the mountains and enjoying the beautiful environment with fresh air early morning..it is unforgettable.
