I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Todo perfecto y muy acorde con la calidad de Hotel. Muy recomendable

The family-run, non-smoking Hotel Gloria in Beatenberg, a 10-minute walk from the Niederhorn cable car, offers spacious ROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BALCONIES AND LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. The view is amazing , the room was so clean and tidy , everything is there for you . Jacky and Bernard are so professional and kind . Food is great , it was a wonderful experience having dinner with gorgeous views and very fine food . Highly recommend

El HOP Apartments & Suites goza de una ubicación tranquila a orillas del río Aare, en la región de esquí de Jungfrau, a 5 minutos a pie del centro de Interlaken oeste y a 15 minutos de Interlaken... Las vistas desde el apartamento, la ubicación frente al río lo hace un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Este hotel de propiedad familiar está situado en una zona tranquila de Interlaken, a 200 metros de la estación Interlaken West. Ofrece WiFi y aparcamiento gratuitos. El personal muy amable y hablaban español, super atentos en cada momento, la ubicación está excelente, cerca de todo y la habitación tal cúal como se muestra en las fotos, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahi.

Situated in the heart of the Old Town of Thun, this 4-star hotel is only steps away from the Aare River and Town Hall. Guests can choose from 2 restaurants and a lounge. The room was exceptional with mountain views, luxurious bathroom with designer bath (wife loved it!), super breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Everything in town was close by. El Rössli es un hotel acogedor y confortable con una ubicación céntrica pero tranquila y goza de magníficas vistas al macizo de Jungfrau. Todo. La ubicación, el personal muy amable, están en todos los detalles y atentos a lo que uno pueda necesitar. Tienen una heladera para guardar comida y café y té sin costo todo el día. Volvería

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. the room was absolutely perfect for us and consistent with the description. I always have simple expectations when booking standard accommodation but was very impressed with the room's simple but stylish fixtures and fittings. Very well done.
