The nicest we have met in Europe so far. The hotel is very charming, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The room was large. Free Bus pass with the room, as well as access to Lucerne WiFi. The bathrooms were clean and there were several available.

The modern rooms feature a laptop-size safe, a minibar, cable TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. We booked the hotel for a single day stop in Zug. Very well located in city center! We were lucky to receive room 206 - which was a corner room overlooking the lake in the most perfect angle. Rooms are quite spacious, comfy. Breakfast was good, too.

Free WiFi access is available. My friend and I love our stay at the hotel. The hotel located a top of a hill so we enjoyed the landscape view for the lake of Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was with lake view, the sun rise and sun set was breathtaking from our room. Amazing delicious breakfast. From the hotel there is a funicular that gets you straight to town. Friendly, helpful and always smiling staff :)))
