Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

One little comment time to change the pillows in the rooms. Thank you for making our stay so comfy.

We stayed in the room Acacia. We really enjoyed the large living room with the fire place. Despite the fact the house is so big it was always warm and comfortable. We really liked the food provided by the hotel. The garden is amazing for kids with many activities for them to play. We are looking forward to going back there this summer

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our order came fast and the food was delicious. We liked the hotel and we recommend it to everybody.

Este precioso hotel boutique de gestión familiar está situado en una calle lateral tranquila, en el corazón de la popular estación de esquí búlgara de Bansko. Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !

Spacious appartement.Nice view and good spa. Friendly staff.Good value for the money. Misho on the reception was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel.

Ofreciendo un restaurante y un bar, Despot Slav Hotel & Restaurant está establecido en Melnik, a 23 km de Episcopal Basilica Sandanski y a 2.8 km de Melnishki Piramidi. Despot Slav is very climatic place perfectly located between Wine Museum and Kordopulov's House. Rooms are clean and cozy. The real highlight of our stay was restaurant with delicious food and wine. We spend our evenings sitting on the restaurant's balcony and enjoying beautiful view.
