The Lodge Vilvoorde benefits from rooms which have been decorated with a touch of nostalgia and include a TV. Guests can enjoy a free buffet breakfast each morning. For us it was a perfect stay. We had to come for a fast visit and it gave us the best value for the price. The rooms were clean and healthy. It was so nice that we could still have a drink later in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. Parking places area 😕 in available with cheap day tickets.

The hotel is a bit out of the city, but it is across from a very pretty part of the campus with a great park and beautiful buildings. The Greek restaurant across the street was delicious and friendly. The walk into the city center went through a forest beside a stream and then through a very beautiful old part of town - so it was very pleasant, though a few kilometers.
