This is a beautiful quaint hotel set in an old home. I really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was substantial. There is a common area downstairs with tea and coffee making facilities that are well equipped. I'd recommend it for a getaway night if you want somewhere with character.

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley with views of the Brokenback Ranges, Peppers Hunter Valley - formerly Grand Mercure offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi. We booked a two bedroom apt and it was great. Spacious and clean. We stayed on the second floor and we could see the golf course. Very pleasant to wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. The swimming pool was good and they had a whirl pool. We had a garage where we could park our car and it was safe.

Boasting free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free BBQ facilities, Wine Country Villas is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley. We loved the location. We bbq'd and sat on the deck listening to the birds and watching the kangaroos. We only saw staff as we were leaving. Keyless entry was brilliant, and we felt like it was our own piece of paradise. The only criticism is that you need to be very good friends with your travel companion as there was nothing but a sliding door between the toilet and the bedroom/villa.

I reserved a special dinner for two people; the food was fresh and delicious. You can taste the local ingredients. It is a perfect place to escape from a busy work life. They also have a huge shower and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.

We were greeted by very warm and friendly hosts who gave us a lot of information about Hunter Valley. The cottage was very cozy and clean. We loved eating the homemade muffins and looking at the beautiful scenery. It was a perfect stay for us. We would definitely go back to this place.

El H Boutique Hotel está situado en una colina con vistas a la pintoresca cordillera Brokenback, junto a la bodega Bimbadgen. As like for other wine regions we tried to find a hotel with a winery in walking distance. This one is about 500m from Bimbadgen Estate, which features a high quality restaurant, a cellar door and a pizzeria, and we made use of all of that. We had a friendly welcome at H Boutique Hotel (also by some roos, which enjoyed the rain), and got a big room, in fact it's an apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and a terrace. There's of course ample parking. Next to the reception there's an interesting shop / bar / cellar door... don't know what to call it, but we enjoyed a nice cheese and wine tasting there, and the next day a breakfast too (it's not open every day though, but we were lucky). It was perfect for the rainy day we had on arrival. Apart from the winery you can walk to, you're very close by car to every other Hunter Valley attraction and winery.
