The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. Lovely staff. We had a warm welcome in the early afternoon with a Schnitzel sandwich. Room was extremely spacious and had a lovely view on the mountains. Beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was great as well: eggs, yoghurt, quark and many different kinds of bread, fruit, meat and vegetables.

They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

This family-run,eco-hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers great views of the Bavarian Alps, a spacious spa with beauty salon, and free WiFi. It is located in the pedestrian zone, just 600 metres from the train station. A really good location, with their own parking space. The breakfast was really delicius. Outside they have a really cute and cozy bar with their own beer, which tasts amazing. The stuff were really friendly!

It is great base for exploring the Bavarian Alps. We appreciated a lot the cleaniness of the room and the kindness of the hosts. The locatiin was great, close to the center of the city and also close to the slopes.
