I greatly appreciated the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport--and I was amazed that a hotel so close to the airport could actually have such a beautiful location! I absolutely loved the swimming pool, with its waterfall and its view of the Blue Lagoon. The staff was very friendly, and (having been up on all-night flight) I was hugely helped by being permitted to check in early to my room. The food was good at both the restaurant and the bar, and as someone traveling solo, I appreciated the friendly atmosphere around the long table in the downstairs lounge/dining area. All in all, my expectations were exceeded, and I have already been recommending the Pullman Miami Airport hotel to other friends.

The rooms were clean and big, the personnel was always friendly and helpful! Even when we had a medical emergency, we were supported in the most helpful way. The pool was the highlight for the kids! It was a bit small but heated and had a nice atmosphere. The beach was just a few hundred metres away as well as a CVS for basic needs. The restaurant in house „The Tavern“ was a bit pricey but the food was excellent and we went there almost every night despite other restaurant choices in the area. The shuttle train to south beach as well as the AirPort Express bus stop were around the corner. So convenient! We would definitely book here again!
