We were skeptical at first because our room faced the street. However, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, so you really can't hear any traffic noise. The rooms are also beautifully furnished and elegantly equipped. A wonderful bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast room offers free fruit and snacks during the day and a small breakfast in the morning for a fee. 7eleven next door, taco stand opposite - you can stay here for a while.

This is my favorite hotel in Chula Vista and Southbay Area. It is a vintage building lovingly preserved and owned by a wonderful family. No matter how many times I stay there, I never want to leave!

The scenery was gorgeous, there was plenty of entertainments in the building. Good restaurants and parks in walking distance, and there were extra appliances like microwaves, safes, ice machines, and a mini fridge.

Good hotel, very central, nice style. Some rooms are very quiet, I was very lucky. Big rooms, personal was very helpful and nice. No breakfast but lots of restaurants around. The "resort fee" was included in the booking.com price but the must not be the case. You should double check when booking.

Great location in Little Italy, with many nearby restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The staff was very helpful, the room clean, and the bed comfortable. We had a tremendous dinner at a local Italian restaurant. And as a surprise bonus, on Saturday we woke up to a farmers' market on the street right outside our hotel: five blocks of crafts, fresh produce and delicious baked goods. We will return soon.
