I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The host was very pleasant and kind. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay!

Location of the hotel is outstanding. It overlooks the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and is absolutely gorgeous. The property itself is beautifully designed on a cliff and the 2 BR apartment that we stayed in was very charming. It had the view of the blue waters on 2 sides with spacious balconies in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and they took care of us very well. Abdullah, Umair and Gumza went out of the way to make our stay very special

We loved our stay at Olea Nova so much! The hotel grounds are beautiful, with an abundance of greenery and two pools, which ensures the pool area never feels crowded. The breakfast was great. It offered a variety of mezze options, fresh fruit, nuts, and locally made jams. Still thinking about simit, it was that good :) We also ordered lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Despite the limited menu options, the food and drinks were quite enjoyable. Also, they offered a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and well-furnished. It was small, but we expected it, as it was a standard room, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel has a private beach area with a beach bar. You can also order food from the hotel restaurant, and they bring it to your spot. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is quiet and picturesque, making it one of the top highlights of our stay. Keep in mind that it’s a rocky beach, and you use stairs when going into the water. My wife, not being a confident swimmer, was a bit scared at first. But the staff allowed us to bring pool noodles from the hotel to the beach, making swimming more comfortable for her. The staff was amazing — very helpful, polite, and attentive. We truly felt welcome there! One of the managers arranged an airport transfer for us. It was comfortable, on time, and the price was reasonable (compared to the fares charged by taxi drivers). Since the hotel is located on the peninsula, we had to either take a taxi (arranged by the staff) or catch a bus (which runs every 30 minutes) to get to Kas city center. However, we didn’t mind it at all since it was just a 10-minute ride. Besides, Kas felt noisier and busier compared to the peninsula. We actually enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a quiet location, it made our stay more relaxing. Overall, we were very happy with our hotel choice. Can't wait to stay at Olea Nova again next summer :)

An absolutely amazing place and amazing, amiable, hospitable, welcoming staff/people who are always ready to help you! Astonishing view from the balcony and a fabulous view of Kaş at night from the pool which is always at your disposal! Also, you have access to the private beach that only hotel guests can use and that's awesome because me and my wife went to all the major/most popular beaches around (Halk, Patara, Kaputaş) and we found the private beach of Lycia Hotel to be by far the best! No more than 8 people at the beach anytime and most of the time there were only me and my wife even though the hotel was full all the time! Highly recommend! One of the best places we've been to! Everything but mainly the very friendly staff.

Insane location, literally wow factor from the doorstep. Lounge area, pool, private beach etc all amazing - we ended up extending our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Great place to stay in Kas! We loved it from the first sight. Very clean, cozy and spacious apartment (enough room at least for 3 adults) with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big plus is a balcony even on the first floor. Special thanks to an administrator Cevriy, who was super nice and helpful! Looking forward to meet again :) Apartment is located on a quiet street, but in walking distance to downtown. There is also a beach nearby, by we took a taxi to more beautiful one (5 min drive or 15 min walk). Dinara, Nina, Masha
