Amazing staff and facilities. Love the pool area. Clean and spacious rooms. The decoration of the hotel was so cute, and I regret not taking a video to promote it more. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety.

We spent fantastic three weeks at this wonderful and sophisticated place. We had a family suite (suite home) which was cleaned twice a day, thoroughly and discreetly for us. The room was cozy and well equipped with household appliances. From the very arrival we were surrounded with attention and care. All the personnel were responsive, friendly and helpful. We have the warmest and most touching memories of the restaurant Lima staff. Breakfast and brunch were served at Lima and deserved the highest marks due to its variety and quality. Special thanks to chef who makes deserts. We were impatiently waiting for lunch to try the taste of next masterpiece. Of course the main goal of our stay was the fantastic Falésia beach and we experienced the great pleasure at this pearl of Algarve. The way there lies through the well-kept and stylish territory of the hotel.

I really liked how attentive and genuine the staff is. They are so nice with the kids and make them feel special. They would be proactive at inviting them to them to the animation and engage them into their planned activities.

Location is perfect. Staff are nice and were very helpful when Portugal lost power for the day. They provided extra charging areas etc in lobby.
