The property is wonderful; we travel to a lot of high end hotels and this was really great service and accommodations. This hotel is very special, food is wonderful, staff is extremely helpful and attention to details made our trip very enjoyable. Modern hotel with stunning views from every room, across the Douro River valley. Parking outside the door. Great meals and (mostly) very friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay by a day. It was fun having a pool table to while away a rainy day.

Excellent views, beautiful pool with a view, big comfortable rooms, amazing spa, 24 hour indoor pool, but what i really loved was the vineyard and the orchard with all different fruit trees. It truly makes you feel like you're in the countryside and need to switch off. Perfect combination of elegance and rustic.

The LBV house hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and has a beautiful view of the surrounding area, especially from the pool area. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was strong to provide immediate relief from the August heat. The staff were so kind and friendly and made us feel right at home. We could walk about 15 minutes to a nice dinner place and our tour of Quinta Bomfin. At night we felt less comfortable walking back since it was very dark, but otherwise everything was perfect!
