The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful. Upon arrival, we received a brochure with a map of the city, where the receptionist noted the best locations and modes of transport to visit them. In addition, we were offered an incredibly delicious welcome drink. The hotel is beyond praise, central location, stylish interior, nice music, high-speed Internet in all areas of the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite for free. We fell in love with our room, a very spacious suite in the attic. Stunning view of the city and the fortress. Mac, iPad and Marshal audio system in the room. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, care cosmetics in the bathroom, daily change of towels, a giant bed, a capsule coffee machine, a large wardrobe space. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel's restaurant is located in the next building. In addition to standard eggs and sausages, a variety of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, ham, fresh bread, sweets, syrups, seeds are offered here. Breakfast was not monotonous and we enjoyed every visit. The only 2 things I lacked was a full-length mirror and a hygienic shower. But this did not spoil the impression of the trip. We fell in love with the hotel and Lisbon. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to all our friends.

The hotel was amazing, location was perfect close to everything. Walking distance to many sites. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly booked a couple tours for us one to Sintra and Lady Fatima, which were amazing. Restaurant in hotel is also great. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

    What a lovely surprise! Janelas Verdes is a slightly old-fashioned but very charming small boutique hotel. The service was great, and the hotel felt like a luxury home. The courtyard is picturesque, and we loved the honesty bar system and availability of coffee in various places. The rooftop veranda and library are gorgeous areas too. Wonderful breakfast selection too. Secure underground parking is limited, but available and comes at a charge.
