I checked out of the hotel shortly before the power cut in Porto in April 2025. It was not clear whether and how I would get back to my home country. It's an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect, in a strategic spot for sightseeing and with easy access to transportation (buses and metro). A bus that goes directly to the airport even stops right on the corner. The facilities are clean and nice, and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is that it doesn't seem to have a good heating system, as it was very cold at night, and you have to use a lot of stairs with your suitcases; there's no elevator. Besides that, everything was nice.

The staff was the best staff, the service you get is 5 star hotel service. They are super kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The size of the room was incredible it is not like a standard European 3 star hotel room. The breakfast was good. The best thing was the staff that are working who do their job lovingly.
